I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist with over 11 years of direct clinical experience. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I take a strengths-based and collaborative approach, aiming to meet you where you are while supporting you in moving toward the changes that matter most to you.

I support youth and adults navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, parent-child conflict, and life transitions. I also bring specialized training in bereavement and grief, offering support to help you process loss at your own pace.

My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Together, we will identify your goals and build practical, meaningful tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life.

I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and feel more in control of their lives. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you through that process.

I am a compassionate and collaborative counsellor who works from a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, relationships, identities, and lived experiences at their own pace.

My work integrates approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support clients with anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, disordered eating, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. I am passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and aim to provide care that honours each person’s unique ways of thinking, feeling, processing, and navigating the world.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about creating space for understanding, healing, authenticity, and growth. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more empowered in their relationships, and more confident navigating life’s challenges.
